I was skeptical, but it really is a better pillow! Comfy as can be. I have a my share of neck and shoulder pain induced from sleeping and this is helping to relive it. I purchased the Eden pillow and removed a lot of the stuffing. That's a neat little feature that makes a big difference. I think when I wear out the current stuffing, I'll be able to take some out and refresh with the large amount I set aside. I like the sound of that. That's 2 for the price of 1.
